Docs

A short reference for each platform — what it does, who uses it, and how to get in.

FlowCast

flowcast.floorinclabs.com →

Inventory forecasting

What it does

Pulls inventory and order history from NetSuite and product availability from Akeneo, then projects how much of each SKU you'll need over the coming weeks. Replaces the older spreadsheet-driven forecast.

Who uses it

Inside sales, purchasing, leadership.

Where to start

  • Sign in with your FlooringInc credentials at the URL above.
  • Open any SKU to see its forecast alongside current stock and recent order velocity.
  • Filter and export to CSV/Excel from the table toolbar.

VoiceIQ

voiceiq.floorinclabs.com →

Call intelligence

What it does

Pulls voice recordings from Zendesk Talk, transcribes them with speaker diarization, and runs AI analysis to surface sentiment, talk ratios, key moments, and conversation patterns that win or lose deals. Runs entirely on a local Mac — no cloud LLM cost.

Who uses it

Sales managers, training, leadership.

Where to start

  • Sign in; new calls show a notification badge in the top bar.
  • Open any call for the full transcript with timestamps and per-speaker breakdown.
  • Use the Patterns view to compare what winning calls do differently.
  • One-click CSV export from the dashboard or call explorer.

OpsHub

opshub.floorinclabs.com →

Operations dashboard

What it does

Replaces the old Excel reports for inside sales (IS) and customer service (CS). Pulls revenue and orders from Magento and NetSuite, contact volumes and CSAT from Zendesk, and web traffic from GA4 — backfilled to 2021 so year-over-year trends are meaningful. Admins can edit KPI goals on the fly.

Who uses it

Inside sales, customer service, ops leadership.

Where to start

  • Sign in with the same credentials you use for FlowCast — accounts are shared.
  • Use the built-in interactive guide on first visit; it walks through every page.
  • Admins: open the admin panel to adjust KPI goals.

CompShop

Competitor pricing

What it does

Scrapes competitor (AFM) and FlooringInc checkouts every night and tracks unit price, shipping, tax, promo discount, and grand total across regions. Lets you see daily price deltas per SKU and per region.

Who uses it

Pricing, marketing, leadership.

Where to start

  • Sign in with FlooringInc credentials (same login as FlowCast).
  • Pick a SKU to see its price history alongside the matched competitor SKU.
  • Daily 3am scrape — fresh numbers every morning.

FloorDex

Catalog & PIM reference

What it does

A single reference site for every product in the catalog. Browse by category, search instantly across the entire product line, and open any product to see all of its variant SKUs with colors, sizes, and the full Akeneo spec sheet in one place.

Who uses it

Sales, ops, customer service — anyone who needs product specs in front of a customer.

Where to start

  • Sign in with your FlooringInc credentials (same as FlowCast).
  • Press / or use the search bar to jump to any product.
  • Specs auto-refresh nightly from Akeneo; bookmark a product for quick recall.

FlooringCMS

flooringcms.floorinclabs.com →

Content & product sync

What it does

Internal content tool that bridges Canto (asset library), Akeneo (product info), and the storefront. Manages product pages, sync queue, and reports for the web/marketing team.

Who uses it

Marketing, content, web team.

Where to start

  • Sign in at the URL above.
  • Navigate to Products, Sync Queue, or Reports from the side menu.

Early in development — page set still expanding.

AP-Automation

ap.flooringinc-api.com →

Invoice approvals

What it does

Pulls vendor invoice PDFs straight from Gmail, OCRs them, matches each one to a NetSuite PO, and posts the bill once approved. Bundled multi-invoice PDFs (e.g. Roppe sends 8–10 in one file) are split into one queue row per invoice automatically. Bulk approve runs in small batches so large queues don't time out, and rejection messages from NetSuite (closed PO line, vendor mismatch, etc.) come through verbatim.

Who uses it

Accounts payable, accounting.

Where to start

  • Sign in; the queue lists every new invoice waiting for review.
  • Open any row to see the source PDF, the matched PO, and the OCR'd line items side by side.
  • Approve individually, or use Bulk Approve from the toolbar for filtered batches.

Margin Report

margin.flooringinc-api.com →

Per-order profitability

What it does

Per-order margin reporting. Consolidates NetSuite item costs, kit composition (the rollup NetSuite doesn't do for us), customer shipping charges, and actual freight cost — parsed by AP-Automation from carrier invoices — into one margin number you can trust.

Who uses it

Finance, leadership.

Where to start

  • Sign in at the URL above.
  • Filter by date, customer, or product category to see the layer-by-layer margin breakdown.
  • Export selections to CSV for your own analysis.
